Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle, ranging from expert consultancy support, R&D and engineering design to rekit and refurbishment, site installation services and high-hazard physical decommissioning works, amongst others. The Role

To support the commercial and operational activity of NSG Environmental Limited by ensuring the effective completion of recruitment. This role will coordinate the entire recruitment process from role sign-off to start date.

Key Objectives - Recruitment Tasks:

Manage candidate applications Source potential applicants, utilising various software Communicate job role information to prospective candidates Book candidate interviews Pass on interview feedback Utilise social media to promote job vacancies Update applicant tracking system Upload job vacancies on internal systems Upload job vacancies on external sites Manage the agency supply chain Coordinate job vacancies with relevant recruitment agencies Cover Recruitment Administrator duties when required Support Recruitment Manager at careers events ?Support Recruitment Administrator during busy periods

Qualifications and Skills

GCSE qualifications including English, Maths and ICT or equivalent Well organised with the ability to work to timescales and demonstrate attention to detail. Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical Experience of dealing with customers or in a service position Familiar with structuring and presentation of own work Competent user of MS Office Able to organise and prioritise own work Interpretation, allocation and posting of accounting data Ability to influence change and improve processes Preparation and drafting of routine letters, reports etc Ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues at all levels and with external stakeholders and contractors

Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a passion for connecting with potential candidates. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our organisation. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms, including ATS systems such as Taleo and PeopleSoft, to streamline the recruitment process.

Duties



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Utilise social media management techniques to enhance employer branding and reach potential candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organisation. Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ATS platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Engage in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Qualifications



Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or other ATS systems is advantageous. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
