Trainee Intumescent Estimator

to join our growing team. This is a technical, computer-based role, ideal for someone with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Quantify intumescent coatings for fire-protecting steel structures using construction plans and drawings (computer-based). Input and manage data using various software systems. Communicate with clients and build strong working relationships. Occasional construction site visits to assist with inspections. Provide additional support across the business when needed, including proofreading technical reports.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Adaptable and eager to learn quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

Construction/technical related qualification are an advantage but not essential.
