Key Responsibilities:
Respond to lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
Support the negotiation and agreement of tenancy terms
Assist with tenant referencing, compliance checks, and tenancy documentation
Update property listings and ensure marketing materials are accurate and up to date
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
Work towards personal and team targets, with guidance and support
Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
Support other members of the lettings team with day-to-day tasks
Person Specification:
Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence when meeting new people
Full UK driving licence
IT literate (basic proficiency with email, Word, Excel, CRM systems)
Desirable:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Interest in the property industry
Knowledge of the local area
