Our client is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
As a Trainee Negotiator, you will embark on an exciting career within their well-established Letting Agency. This entry-level role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals in the property industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with property transactions, supporting negotiations, and engaging with clients to facilitate successful lettings. Through hands-on experience and expert mentorship, you will gain the expertise needed to thrive in this dynamic sector.
This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in property, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
The role:

• Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
• Act as a key point =of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
• Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
• Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
• Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
• Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

The candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a professional, positive, and ambitious attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and resilience in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
A confident and well-presented demeanour is essential, with the ability to engage with clients both in person and over the phone. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will be key to success in this role.
The candidate should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, but also able to work independently and take initiative. A target-driven mindset and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding goals are highly desirable.
A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a own car are required. Local knowledge of the area will be highly advantageous.
