We're looking for a

Trainee Machine Operator

to join our production team. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity to start your career in manufacturing - learning directly from experienced operators and gaining real experience across a range of machinery, including our Pemco Sheeter.

What you'll be doing

Learn how to operate and support machinery across production lines Assist experienced operators in setting up and running the Pemco Sheeter Develop an understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures Take part in daily checks and general housekeeping Work as part of a close-knit team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards

Shift Pattern

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Friday) Some roles may operate on day shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00am - 3:00pm (Friday)
