Travel: Due to rural location, driving licence/own transport is essential

Salary: Upto 25500 depending on experience.

Hours - 37.5 hours per week

Magna provide a package of services following a non-fault road accident. As a Trainee Motor Claims Handler you will be involved in all aspects of claims monitoring. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the ability to take and enter data over the telephone accurately. You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, and handle claims in line with regulations and business policies and procedures.

Particular Responsibilities:

Taking details of new claims from clients and gathering information to allow you to assess liability. Using a bespoke claims management system to record all information and progress and manage each claim. Adhering to given processes in the handling of both your own caseload and assisting to progress those of other members of the claims team. Liaising with clients, referrers, insurers and solicitors to ensure correct progression of files. Manage an efficient diary system.

Pay: Up to 25,500.00 per year
