Assisting with the coordination and execution of operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Providing support in project management, including tracking timelines, resources, and team communication. Collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines, maintain high standards, and improve operational efficiency. Actively participating in meetings to discuss operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Learning how to manage and lead a team, gaining hands-on experience in leadership and people management. Overseeing day-to-day operational activities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
