We are seeking a Trainee Painter & Decorator to join our expanding team in Highland. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our clients' visions to life through your expertise in painting and decorating, contributing significantly to our company's mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout projects Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English Valid driving license is preferred but not essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
