Job Title: Trainee Parts Advisor
Location: Mercedes Benz of Neyland
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week working Monday to Friday and Saturday morning on a rota paid as overtime.
Position Pays: starting off on minimum wage
The Opportunity:
As a Trainee Parts Advisor you'll be supporting the parts desk serving Mercedes Benz customers parts and accessories and making sure our Technicians have the correct supply of parts at their disposal to carry out repair and servicing to vehicles in the workshop.
Main responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers both in person and over the phone
• Developing relationships with other departments
• Preparing orders and invoices
• Meeting deadlines
• Stock Control/ Management
• Identifying Parts
• Managing logistics including organising and arranging deliveries
