Overview



This role's key objective is to support the wider payroll team to deliver an efficient payroll bureau service to all clients.

Key Accountabilities



Assisting in the processing of payrolls, including prompt payment of wages in line with agreed procedures and with guidance from senior team members Responding to client queries in line with agreed SLAs Answering phone calls and taking messages accurately and efficiently Ensuring client expectations are met in line with agreed SLAs Providing payroll support to Account Managers within VFO Carry out range of general office duties and help as required within the team Working as part of the team by providing assistance with queries as and when needed

Person Specification



A passion for providing client and team support Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data Communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a rapidly changing environment Proactive with a continuous drive for better service delivery and efficiency
