To be trained on managing Client matters within the residential conveyancing department.
Key accountabilities:
To be able to manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from completion to registration including, leasehold, shared ownership, newbuild, right to buys after training
Learn how to maintain a well-organised file management system including adherence to timescales and compliance
Learn how to prepare and submit AP1 Forms to HM Land Registry
To maintain good relationships with clients, agents and referrers
To deliver high quality customer service to clients
Understand how to deal with requisitions from the Land Registry
Update lender and government panels
Dealing with ledgers
File closing
Person Specification:
No specific qualifications are required.
You should be able to demonstrate a good level of written English.
Experience in a public or customer-facing role would be beneficial.
You should be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a close-knit team.

You will be supported in all aspects of the role by senior colleagues and the Line Manager for the team in which you work. Ongoing training and development will be provided, together with opportunities for furthering your career.
