have an exciting opportunity for a

Post Completions Assistant

to join our friendly

Residential Property

team in Marlow. You will be responsible for providing support to the fee earners in the department.

Key Responsibilities



Handling files from exchange of contracts to completion to ensure they are ready to complete;

Drafting and finalising completion statements;

Using our Case Management System to prepare files for completion;

Liaising with clients to chase for documentation and or funds;

Dealing with post-completion work, including submission of SDLT returns to HMRC and applications to HM Land Registry.

Dealing with Requisitions from the HMLR.

Dealing with client ledger balances and the closing of files on our Case Management System.

Updating Lender Exchange and LMS portals.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a similar role within residential conveyancing

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to be proactive and handle a busy workload

Comfortable working in a team environment, and happy to offer support to others where needed
