Duties

Support project teams by assisting with project scheduling, tracking progress, and updating schedules Collaborate with site teams to review contracts to ensure project specifications are met Aid in preparing construction estimates and budgets Participate in site visits to gain firsthand construction site experience and observe daily operations Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Help maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports Contribute to project meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action items

Skills

Basic understanding of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic knowledge of contracts, construction site safety protocols, and site management practices Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and subcontractors Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction site operations
