About the Role



:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Project Manager to support our

growing Aftersales team. This is a developmental role ideal for someone early in their

project management career. You will work closely with the Project Manager and

Aftersales Lead to learn the full lifecycle of Aftersales project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations

Assist in managing aftersales activity across multiple live projects under
supervision.

Help coordinate warranty claims, performance checks, and customer queries using
CRM and ticketing systems.

Ensure clear records and documentation are maintained for all actions taken on
projects.

Client Relationship Management

Shadow senior team members in client meetings and communications. Ensure a professional and timely response to client queries, always focused on
resolving concerns and protecting Artus's reputation.

Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders, consultants, FM teams,
and end-users.

Process & Service Improvement

Identify gaps in the current service model and implement enhancements to
streamline aftersales delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to feedback lessons learned into the design,
installation, and commissioning process.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor key metrics such as ticket response/resolution times, recurring issues, and
satisfaction levels.

Drive continuous improvement in service performance through data-led reviews
and internal reporting.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Co-ordinate with the Projects, Technical, QA, and Commercial teams to ensure
continuity from installation through to lifecycle support.

Support smooth transitions from project completion to operational handover and
end-user engagement.

Maintain the FAQ tracker
Training and Knowledge Sharing

Assist in delivering training sessions to mechanical contractors and FM teams.
Escalation and Resolution Management

Learn the escalation process and assist in managing support tickets. Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining transparency with
stakeholders and clients.

About the Person



Qualifications:



Technical background, ideally in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Engineering
(Degree or HNC/HND)

Valid CSCS card (or ability to obtain)

Key Skills and Competencies:



Essential



1-2 years' experience in a technical, coordination, or support role (ideally in HVAC or
building services).

Strong commercial understanding and experience managing contractual
obligations

Competency of using SharePoint to document files Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and process Self-driven, reliable, and calm under pressure

Desirable



Exposure to HVAC systems or building services environments is desirable. Competent using CRM systems and structured ticketing platforms Experience with BMS and controls systems integration Familiarity with warranty processes and lifecycle maintenance Working knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methods
