?As a project management trainee, you'll work alongside experienced project managers and client service teams to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of internal and client-facing projects. From systems implementation to compliance initiatives, you'll gain hands-on experience in how projects are run in a professional services environment while working toward a recognised qualification through our apprenticeship programme (ie; Association for Project Management, Project Management Qualification - APM PMQ).

What you'll do...
There's lots to get involved in, but here are some examples of what you'll do:
Help to run the PMO - tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and spotting risks before they become problems
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, deliverables, and resources
Support in preparing status reports, risk assessments, and meeting notes
Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and task delegation
Identify and solve problems - whether it's improving a process, chasing up actions, or spotting a smarter way to do something
Attend training sessions and work towards completing the apprenticeship framework
Provide project updates to the wider business ensuring visibility of all projects to the Management Board

What we're looking for...
You don't need previous project experience or a particular degree, just the right mindset. We're looking for someone who is:?
Self-motivated and proactive, able to take initiative and keep things moving
Curious and resourceful, a problem-solver who likes to figure things out
Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
A clear communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships
Comfortable using Microsoft systems, but also curious and hands-on when it comes to learning new technologies, including emerging tools like AI
Whether you've done a bit of project coordination already, come from a BA or IT support background, or just love getting stuff done, we want to hear from you
As this is an apprenticeship there is a minimum academic requirement of:??
A minimum of five GCSEs (grade 4/C or above), including Maths and English
?In addition to this we'll also need to see either:??
104 UCAS points from three A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification(s); or
Previous experience of working in an environment where you have demonstrated the above skills and attributes
