Duties
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:
Managing your own portfolio of around 100 properties. Building strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants. Carrying out inspections, inventories, and ensuring properties meet compliance standards. Handling maintenance issues quickly and visiting properties when needed. Supporting key compliance projects.

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people. Able to balance a busy workload while staying calm under pressure. Proactive, solution-focused, and confident making decisions. Interested in property, compliance, and building a career in the industry.
Previous property industry experience is great -- but not essential. If you have transferable skills in customer service, administration, or compliance, and the right attitude to learn, we'll support you with training and development.
What We Offer
A salary of
24,000 - 25,000 rising to 27000 after 6 months
