Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a

Trainee Property Manager

on a full time, permanent basis, based initially in our

Manchester City Centre

office and then our sister Salford Quays office.

As a Trainee Property Manager working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

Basic Salary of 25,000 per annum plus commission

A 5-day working week

The right candidate will be positive, ambitious and naturally enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. You will be required to look after a fully managed let portfolio; maintain a system for tracking and scheduling property maintenance, negotiate and process tenancy renewals and carry out end of lease checkout reports - full training will be provided. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to provide professional Property Management support to our clients and professional partners alike.

This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving challenging environment. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be highly organized, self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential as full training and ongoing training provided. This is a full time role to include Saturdays on a rota basis.

A full UK driving licence is essential (own car not necessary).

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
