We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team. This Apprenticeship is for 24 months working toward a MSc in Quantity surveying and a fantastic way to begin a career in a sought after role.

About The Role




This is an opportunity to complete a MSc in Quantity Surveying and gain practical experience while being an integral part of the team. We would agree a path to support you in achieving a qualification or chartered membership of the RICS.

Duties include:


General administration for the Commercial team Supporting the Commercial team in producing tender packs, assisting in CVR process, tender reviews and valuations Raising Subcontract orders Updating Commercial trackers (procurement) Raising Subcontract payment certificates Running reports ###

About You



We're looking for the following in applications:





A minimum of 4 GCSE's at grade 4 or above and a minimum level 3 qualification at A-level or equivalent Interest in a construction career Good with numbers and attention to detail A driven attitude with the desire to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers.
