We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team.

This is a fantastic way to begin a career in a sought after role. This post is based from our Andover office. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

This is an opportunity to complete a qualification in Quantity Surveying and gain practical experience while being an integral part of the team.

Duties include:

General administration for the Commercial team

Supporting the Commercial team in producing tender packs

Assisting in CVR process,

liaising with contracts managers

Compiling additional quotations

Compiling Valuations

Updating Commercial trackers (procurement)

Raising Subcontract payment certificates

Running reports

Monthly project commercial meetings in either head office or our London office

Site account meeting when required

We're looking for the following in applications:

A minimum of 4 GCSE's at grade 4 or above and a preferred level 3 qualification at A-level or equivalent

Interest in a construction career

Good with numbers and attention to detail

A driven attitude with the desire to succeed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
