Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a successful building contractor in London, to support the construction team.
You will play a key role within the team, working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyors, ensuring projects are run efficiently and profitably as well as maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and contract conditions
This role would suit someone who is outgoing, confident, and excellent at coordination. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to learning and a desire to enter the construction industry.

Salary: 25k-28k
(Depending on Experience) Excellent progression opportunities within the business. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm. Extensive knowledge of buildability and construction products.Key Responsibilities:
Support Surveyors to produce written responses for project and framework tender opportunities. Plan, coordinate and manage project programmes and costs. Buying and managing construction products for the sites. Assistance in health & Safety management. Oversee marketing to new clients.
