What We're Looking For:

A proactive and self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in sales and marketing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A passion for learning and growing within a sales-driven environment A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities Assist in the creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns Help generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content for promotional purposes Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and client interactions Collaborate with the team to track and meet sales targets
