About the Role:

As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll represent leading brands at live events, retail promotions, and in-store activations across Belfast. You'll engage directly with customers, create positive brand experiences, and help drive sales in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

Representing top brands at events and promotional locations Setting up eye-catching branded displays that attract attention Interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing friendly product guidance Delivering excellent customer experiences that leave a lasting impression Driving sales through face-to-face conversations (no cold calling or office sales) Sharing on-the-ground insights to help improve marketing campaigns
