About the Role

We're looking for a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Nottingham. This is a customer-facing position where you'll be informing customers about our products and services, supporting day-to-day sales activities, and ensuring every interaction delivers a great experience.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner Provide accurate information about products and services Support the wider sales team in achieving daily and weekly targets Stay up to date and maintain strong product knowledge Keep the sales area clean, organised, and well-presented Build positive working relationships with both customers and colleagues

Skills and Attributes

A genuine interest in sales and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
