Are you looking to start a career in sales within a technical, fast-growing industry? Bolt King are a well-established supplier of bespoke fasteners and are looking for a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our sales team. Full training will be provided, including product knowledge and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning our range of fasteners, fixings, and related products Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Developing relationships with new and existing customers Assisting with quotations, orders, and follow-ups Supporting the sales team Working towards sales targets and KPIs Keeping customer and order records up to date

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in sales and customer service Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Willingness to learn technical product knowledge Organised, reliable, and detail-focused IT skills Previous sales or engineering knowledge is an advantage but not essential
