The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in the motor trade. Full training will be provided. You will support the branch team by handling customer enquiries, learning parts systems, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and supplying vehicle parts using company systems and training provided
Handle customer enquiries professionally and positively
Accurately record customer and vehicle details
Support the team with order processing and quote follow-ups
Promote related products and additional sales opportunities
Learn the difference between trade and retail customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy workplace
Follow all Health & Safety procedures
Support branch operations and carry out additional duties as required

Basic computer skills
Interest in the motor trade (experience not essential)
