The Role

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll be gradually introduced to the key responsibilities of leadership while developing a strong understanding of our sales process and company culture.

You will:

Learn the full customer journey and sales cycle from the ground up Support the day-to-day management of a growing sales team Help train, onboard, and coach new team members Assist in hitting team targets and contributing to business growth Begin taking on leadership duties, learning through real-world experience
You'll be given the tools and support you need to grow into a confident, capable leader -- while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
