Experienced Sales Representative

WSL Windows LTD is looking to expand and grow our current sales team with an experienced sales representative as we open our second branch in the Birmingham area. Ideal candidate will have some previous experience with in person sales, preferably in the home improvements industry.

Are you customer-focused and target driven? What will you be doing as a Sales representative?

Attending product design appointments at customers' homes. Help customers realise their vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from our bespoke design software). You will quickly become an expert on our extensive range of windows, doors and home improvement products. You'll know the difference between double and triple glazing and the benefits of UPVC over aluminium in no time! Full training is provided by our sales director and will include product training, CRM training, objection handling, and a full overview of our sales process.
What we are looking for:

You are customer-focused and determined to deliver exceptional customer experience at each appointment, You have a positive outlook, a problem solver who can help customers choose the products that most suit their needs. Field Sales experience is helpful but not essential. You just need to be a great communicator, well organised and professional in your approach. You must have a car and a UK driving license to travel to appointments.

Amazing earning potential with uncapped commission. Our Representatives are paid weekly and OTE are 40,000 to 60,000 per year, with our best earning significantly more.
