Trainee Scaffold Design Engineer

This is an entry-level role designed to take you from the classroom to the design office -- no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Learn

How to use CAD software (like AutoCAD) to create scaffold designs. The principles of structural engineering and temporary works. How to read technical drawings and construction plans. Scaffold systems, safety standards, and industry regulations. How to work with engineers, project managers, and site teams.

What We're Looking For

A recent school leaver (GCSEs or A-Levels) with an interest in construction, design, or engineering. Good maths and IT skills. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication and teamwork skills.
