Trainee Service Administrator - Family-Run Vehicle Dealership
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: 26,000 - 32,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Start/finish times flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the service department.
• Assist with booking vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs, and maintaining accurate service records.
• Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Help monitor compliance, documentation, and service deadlines.
• Assist with preparing reports, invoicing, and warranty claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is desirable, but full training will be provided.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to develop new skills.
