Role Overview

Customer Interaction & Service Scheduling:

Learn how to greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, and explain recommended services with clear estimates. Assist with scheduling service appointments.

Communication & Coordination:

Practice relaying customer concerns to Service Technicians, assist in coordinating loan vehicles or shuttle services, and monitor job progress to keep customers updated.

Service Recommendations & Sales:

Support in identifying service opportunities, offering maintenance packages, and learning how to address customer questions about additional services or products.

Record Keeping & Compliance:

Help maintain accurate records, including work orders and invoices, while ensuring services comply with warranty guidelines and procedures.

Payment & Customer Follow-Up:

Assist in processing payments and handling customer complaints, and learn to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
