Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Natural Skincare Company. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our brand values and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from metrics. Creative mindset with a passion for natural skincare products. Mandarin Language an advantage
