We are looking for a reliable and motivated

Trainee Solar Installer

to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the renewable energy sector.

The Role

As a Trainee Solar Installer, you will work alongside experienced installers, assisting with the installation of solar PV systems on domestic and/or commercial properties. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Training & Progression

Successful candidates will complete a

6-month probation period

After passing probation, the right candidate will be

put through college

to gain the relevant qualifications Clear progression opportunities within the company
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with solar panel installations Working safely at height and following health & safety procedures Loading/unloading materials and tools Supporting the installation team on-site Maintaining a professional attitude with customers
The Ideal Candidate

Keen interest in renewable energy or construction Willingness to learn and develop new skills Good work ethic and punctuality Comfortable working outdoors and at height Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential) No previous experience required - training provided
