Trainee Spindle Moulder Operative

to join our growing production team in Aldridge.

, we manufacture bespoke MDF skirting boards, architrave and wall panelling that are fitted in homes all across the UK -- from everyday houses to high-profile properties. The spindle moulder is a key part of our production process, shaping raw boards into the detailed mouldings our customers love.

What you'll be doing:

Learning how to safely set up and operate a spindle moulder Feeding MDF and timber through the machine to create precise mouldings Working closely with experienced operators until you're fully competent Handling materials and keeping the production line moving in a fast-paced environment Following strict health & safety procedures (PPE and respirator mask provided)
What we're looking for:

Reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive can-do attitude Willingness to learn and take instructions carefully (safety is key!) Comfortable with physical, factory-based work on your feet all day A team player who thrives in a busy environment Attention to detail, with a focus on consistent quality
