We are now looking to recruit two or three new people to join us in an "Internal Sales" or "Trainee Internal Sales" role.
The role is to secure new business for the company, which involves calling new or previous leads, and managing existing customer relationships, some of whom have been with us over 15 years.
We operate across the UK, are a market leader, have stunning customer feedback, and look after our team.
You'll be a champion of Continal, helping to promote our quality products, brand, company values and market-leading customer service. We'll train you to become the best at what you do, which will come across in your conversations with our customers.
A typical day will involve
Calling potential customers to ensure sales baselines are hit.
Providing above-and-beyond levels of service that will exceed customer expectations.
Undertaking training to ensure that you become the best at what you do.
Working into the Head of Sales on baseline figures.
Ensuring our company values are followed internally and externally.
