TRAINEE TELESALES PERSON REQUIRED

Well established business based in a

rural location

, with no public transport links, close to Sawbridgeworth, is looking for a new full time member to join their telesales team. The company supplies the hospitality sector with various branded paper products.

The role is primarily based on the telephone with occasional face to face meetings. You will be managing existing accounts and you would also be expected to build new accounts via the telephone and social media marketing. An excellent command of the English language is essential for this role and a drivers licence is preferred due to location.

This is a trainee position so no experience is necessary, but this is a telephone sales based job with targets so you will need to be confident in communicating with people on the telephone, motivated to learn new skills and be able adapt to different situations. We are looking for a self-starter who wants a career in sales/marketing.

The successful candidate will have

Excellent command of the English language Good grades at GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths Driving licence preferred due to no public transport available to location
