About the Role:

We're looking for a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team at our busy site in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to start or grow their career in the automotive industry.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you'll have some knowledge or experience with cars (either professional or personal), but this isn't essential. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is: Keen to learn and develop new skills Hard working with a positive attitude Comfortable using IT systems (full training will be provided on specialist software) Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills are also important.

What you'll be doing:

Learning to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates Using specialist IT systems to record information and create reports Working closely with our workshop team to ensure repairs are carried out correctly Providing great service to our customers
