Job Description
`Larsen Manufacturing Ltd are a local company who have been manufacturing and supplying construction chemicals and solutions to both the local and international markets for over 40 years.
We are looking for an Order Picker/Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing and shipping orders in a timely manner. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in order picking particularly involving
bulky or heavy goods
and warehouse operations. Fork Lift licence although desirable would be an advantageous.This position may also suit candidates new to warehousing roles but who are willing to undergoing training and acquire new skills.
Responsibilities:
Follow safety protocols when operating equipment. Maintain accurate dispatch records. Communicate with other warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and shipped on time. Lift and move heavy objects with the use of a forklift or pallet jack. Palletise orders for shipment in a timely manner. Keep work area clean and organized.
