Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehousing team and support the operations of our Logistics department. This role is key to ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Working within a busy warehousing team environment, I support the operations of the Logistics department by ensuring the correct handling and storage of goods in and goods out. My responsibilities include receiving supplier components and finished goods deliveries, verifying accuracy against delivery documents and checking for any discrepancies in quantity or quality. I handle and locate stock promptly and accurately, taking care to prevent damage during handling. Additionally, I dispatch components to production on time and in full (OTIF), following safe handling and loading procedures to avoid production downtime. I ensure that component issues comply with correct stock and batch rotation practices (FIFO) and also participate in regular stock-taking within the warehouse.
Education & Experience:Valid MHE licence for all equipment desirable but non-essential as training can be provided. Experience of working in a Warehouse environment.

This role is based at our site based in Folkestone.
This role works Monday - Sunday , 4 on 4 off 12hour shifts
