We are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager to join the team at Francis Stuart, a well-established and forward-thinking letting agency based in central Plymouth.

The role involves managing a portfolio of shared houses (HMO's), covering the full range of property management responsibilities -- from move-ins and move-outs to maintenance, inspections, and compliance.

You'll work closely with our management and administrative teams, supporting our landlords and tenants across central Plymouth. This is a varied and rewarding position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and managing their own workload with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of property management, including lettings advertising, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs with Managers support Manage maintenance issues promptly and effectively Ensure compliance certificates (gas, electrical, EPC, etc.) are renewed in good time Carry out regular property inspections Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system Communicate with landlords and tenants regarding property updates and feedback Process contractor invoices and ensure timely payments Build and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

About You



We're looking for someone who:

Has prior experience in property management or a related role, ideally but not essential as we're happy to train Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Communicates clearly and professionally Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team Takes pride in their work
A full UK driving licence and access to transport will also be required.

Training and Development



Francis Stuart is a member of both the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and the South West Landlords Association (SWLA). These partnerships give our team access to valuable training materials and resources.

We also support ongoing professional development, including Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Lettings and Property Management, as well as other relevant courses and are very happy to support our team where we can in their personal development.
