Role Overview



As a Training and Account Manager for the Northern Region, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering training, and supporting the implementation of Synbiotix software solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our tools and services.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS and healthcare clients across the South West region.

Training Delivery:


Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) to ensure effective use of Synbiotix systems.

Project Implementation:


Lead and support software rollouts, upgrades, and integrations, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Account Growth:


Identify opportunities to expand service usage within existing accounts and support business development initiatives.

Support & Troubleshooting:


Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Reporting & Feedback:


Monitor account performance, gather client feedback, and contribute to product development discussions.

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience in account management, training, or implementation within healthcare or software sectors. Strong understanding of NHS operations and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Willingness to travel across the South West region.

Desirable Skills



Familiarity with Synbiotix software or similar healthcare platforms. Experience in estates, catering, portering, or clinical audit systems. Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
