What you'll be doing:



Carrying out call monitoring and file checks to assess whether our Personal Mortgage Consultant's advice is in line with policy. Monitoring trends and keeping on top of any actions. Completing the Training and Competency (T&C) scheme records. Coaching and supporting the team through feedback to drive success and good customer outcomes. Staying up to date on all our products, services, regulatory requirements and sales processes so you're always ready to share your knowledge and support the team. Providing feedback to Operational and Conduct Risk whilst carrying out any investigations for compliance purposes. Updating and making changes to the T&C scheme and mortgage advice processes. Suggesting improvements to Personal Mortgage Consultant's based on observations to improve customer interaction. Training and supporting new Personal Mortgage Consultants who join the team.

who's ready to collaborate and share ideas including with Operational and Conduct Risk and other departments. A calm,

clear, and confident communicator

who has experience in providing feedback to others including that of a skilled/technical nature. A

person who holds a genuine interest in customers and their needs. Experience of carrying out

quality reviews

and

file checks

is desirable. A

focused

individual who can organise and prioritise workload with an emphasis on attention to detail. Previous experience working in a

regulated environment

with mortgages and related financial services products.
