This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing financial services group with offices based in London and Cardiff. As part of their business growth, the opportunity has arisen to join the compliance team as a Training and Competency Manager. You will be working closely with and reporting into the Compliance Director with a focus on compliance monitoring and providing support with the ongoing training, competency and development of network Members Offering a salary of up to \xc2\xa340,000 depending on experience - this is an exciting time to be part of a growing team! The Role:

  • Providing and managing feedback to IFAs via any centralised system
  • Managing and monitoring of the CAS programme and its Members
  • Providing and managing feedback to Members in a constructive manner
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Design and implement training and support materials
  • Provide tailored coaching to Members
  • Responsible for advisers\xe2\x80\x99 ongoing competency and CPD requirements
  • Assist with the delivery of company inductions and support new entrants
  • Deal with Member queries and provide compliance support as required;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support general network compliance;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working within a financial services role, preferably within a financial advisory business.
  • Level 4 diploma qualification in financial services
  • Strong technical skills in financial planning
  • Strong communication skills with comfort via telephone or video conference
  • Strong written skills with the ability to craft suitable emails to senior executives
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and remote working systems (Teams, Zoom)
