We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Training and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone and electronically (via email, social media etc), taking orders, assisting the Training Centre and Workshop/ Sales Managers, and maintaining a clean and organized working area.
Our Training and Sales Manager will also responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist in the sale of Training courses, Motorcycles, Motorcycle Apparel and any other products supplied by the company
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized working area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints, escalating them where necessary to the appropriate person.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
Express a passion for motorcycles and the company
Literate, numerate, well-presented and helpful personality
Prior experience in a customer facing role, retail, hospitality, service or food service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self motivating
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule if required (open days etc)
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 10kg
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
Salary:
12.75ph/ 28,177 to start
Hours: 8am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch
Open Tuesday to Saturday. (42.5 hours per week)
Position is Open to Contractor or PAYE Applicants.
