Training Coordinator (Maternity Cover - Up to 9 Months)
Hours of work: 35 hours per week

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to step into the role of Training Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months.
About the Role
As Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our learning and development programmes. You'll work closely with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure training runs smoothly, records are maintained accurately, and our people have access to the resources they need to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions
  • Maintain training records and monitor compliance
  • Liaise with trainers, venues, and attendees to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support the development of training materials and communications
  • Provide reporting and insights on training activity

  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Is confident using ICT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
  • Has a proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a training or HR support role is desirable but not essential
