Calderdale College is seeking a dedicated
Training & Development Officer
to design and deliver high-quality learning programmes for apprentices, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and progression.This role combines both workplace and college-based training, equipping apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
As a key contributor to apprenticeship development, you will:
Oversee apprenticeship standards
through the Aptem Apprenticeship Digital System (AADS), ensuring structured and engaging delivery.Support apprentices from onboarding to completion
, ensuring timely and compliant enrolment onto programmes.Monitor and track progress
, attainment, and engagement to drive successful outcomes.We are looking for someone with a passion for developing others, strong organisational skills, and the ability to inspire apprentices to reach their full potential.
