Training Manager - Judicial Services

Location: HMP Parc, Bridgend CF35 6AP

Salary: 37,500 - 40,000 (DOE) | Full-time, Permanent

What you'll do:

Deliver Food Safety and Allergen training to prisoners working in catering Induct and train staff and prisoners in kitchen operations Maintain training records and complete monthly safety checks Provide practical demonstrations and health & hygiene instruction Identify learners for NVQs and manage enrolments Support food preparation when needed Meet KPIs and report monthly training stats

What we're looking for:

Strong food knowledge and Level 3 Food Safety qualification Experience training and developing individuals Excellent communication skills with patience and resilience UK residency for 5+ years, legal right to work, and ability to pass security vetting
