What you'll do:

Deliver engaging training programs for new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth and consistent launches. Coach and mentor new team members and managers on brand culture, service, and operational standards. Provide hands-on support during openings to help teams perform at their best. Manage travel, schedules, and logistics for training sessions nationwide. Keep training content fresh, relevant, and aligned with company growth.

What you'll bring:

Experience as an Assistant Manager / Junior Manager in QSR or hospitality A passion for training, people, and operational excellence Excellent communication and leadership skills Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK (and occasionally Europe) Ambition to grow into a senior training or L&D role
