What will you do?

Manage Delaware North's online 'gamified' training program, Attensi, as well as designing, developing, and conducting training programmes and workshops, including online and in-person sessions
Ensure training and development is consistent, innovative, and relevant to both casual and employed team members, including core skills required for their role
Identify training needs and objectives with business leaders and heads of departments to design and implement effective learning solutions, monitoring and measuring the outcomes and impact of training
Collaborate with the US Talent Development team to build relationships and share best practices to deliver company-wide training programmes
Work with Apprenticeship providers, effectively managing and promoting apprenticeship opportunities to team members and guiding them to successful completion
More about you

3 - 5 years' experience, including experience in training management, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry
Excellent skills in project management, organisation, attention to detail, and communication to deliver engaging training sessions
Strong knowledge of training methods, tools, and techniques
