Training Scheduler

Requirements



Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to follow structured processes and work to deadlines. Confident working both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. Comfortable supporting financial tasks such as cost forecasting and KPI reporting. Willingness to assist with exam invigilation both on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage the training diary for staff and associate trainers. Process booking requests and manage provisional bookings for in-company training courses. Arrange external venues for public training courses. Act as the first point of contact for all training operations queries. Generate reports on public and e-learning course availability. Support the management of purchase orders for associate trainers and external venues.
