What you'll be doing...




As a key member of our Finance Team, you'll oversee the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control functions across our multiple international locations. You'll manage invoice processing, supplier payments, and debt collection, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.



You'll work closely with our Management Accountant to ensure smooth month-end closures and revenue recognition. Your role will also cover coordinating client invoicing, managing direct debits, and resolving client queries, while also supporting the Credit Controller in debt collection efforts and stock disposal.



In addition to this, you'll play a pivotal role in cash flow forecasting as well as reconciling balance sheets, processing disbursements and supporting the annual audit process. A key aspect of your role will be driving continuous improvement including KPI development and system enhancements, including using technology to improve efficiency.

You've got previous experience working in a similar role at a supervisory level You have excellent interpersonal skills You're an expert organiser and a dynamic leader You have outstanding knowledge of the sales and purchase ledger functions Assertive, resilient and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it
